The Beach - What's On on the East Coast

Weekly Fit-Club
Every Thursday Commencing May 8th from 1.00-2.00pm
No need to book just go along to Sparrows Nest Lowestoft which will be FREE & open to ALL levels of fitness
Exercises will vary weekly from 'circuit' based work to power walking.
No equipment requirement, just bring a bottle water, a mat (optional), a friend - oh and bags of enthusiasm!!
Children welcome as can play in the enclosed park alongside the green where we will be exercising.
**Nutritional advice available** Bookings will be taken for FREE 'Wellness Evaluations' including full body composition analysis!

Jam night at the Albert Tavern, Great Yarmouth, bringing all the local musicians together to put on a show. No genre restrictions.

24th Annual Plough Day & Country Fair at Brampton

24th Annual Plough Day & Country Fair at Station Road, Brampton, Suffolk on Sunday 7 September 2014 from 10am - 4pm raising money for local charities. Tractors ploughing, heavy horses, vintage cars and stationery engines. Dog Agility, Dog Show, main ring activities, raffle, refreshments, paravanni icecream and bar.


Beccles Duck Race

On Sunday September 7th starting at 11 am Beccles are holding their annual duck race with lots of stalls and things going on throughout the day including fun fair rides, food and drink, sack races, egg and spoon races, entertainment and live music plus much more.
Funds raised will support the Beccles rugby club and the development of a new youth community hub facility.

Strumpshaw Steam museum and East Coast Pirates American & Classic car show, is on September 13/14 not just cars but bikes and trucks too. custom. classic. vintage, all on display as well as Go-karts, Stock cars, off road vehicles and lots more.
and craft stalls, amusements, Foden steam Lorry and Showman's Engine in steam with Fairground organ.
Museum open 10 am to 4 pm Sept 13/14

Charity Fun Day

Tesco are holding a charity fun day on Saturday 20th September in our car park at Leisure Way from 10am - 4pm.
All proceeds will be donated to Diabetes UK and The Taylor High charity.
The day is based on our Farm to Fork theme involving livestock, large farm plant, stalls, stands, food, face painting, bouncy castle & raffle.

Desmonds are organising a family Fun day called Back to The Front on Sunday 21st September at Royal Green, Lowestoft from Midday. There is entertainment from local bands. Teams from local pubs taking part in "It's a Mock Up" which includes rolling beer barrels and a pram race. There are wacky races for the children with a sack race and egg and spoon races.

Refreshments include a BBQ, Beer tent, Ice cream, fish and chips and popcorn.

All proceeds are going to local charities.
