FA Mashup taking place at Denes High School every Thursday.
The FA Vauxhall Mashup is fun football with your mates.
We are looking for participation from 14-16 year old girls.
All abilities are welcome, as the Mashup is all inclusive.
Mashup promotes social interaction in a football environment, where we are looking to inspire and empower young girls.
The sessions will involve music as well as social media elements, all based around the beautiful game.
We will be holding the Mashup every Thursday, 4pm - 5pm at the Community Sports Centre at Ormiston Denes Academy.

Weekly Fit-Club
Every Thursday Commencing May 8th from 1.00-2.00pm
No need to book just go along to Sparrows Nest Lowestoft which will be FREE & open to ALL levels of fitness
Exercises will vary weekly from 'circuit' based work to power walking.
No equipment requirement, just bring a bottle water, a mat (optional), a friend - oh and bags of enthusiasm!!
Children welcome as can play in the enclosed park alongside the green where we will be exercising.
**Nutritional advice available** Bookings will be taken for FREE 'Wellness Evaluations' including full body composition analysis!

Lifeboat demonstration

On Thursday 24th July therewill be a Lifeboat demonstration at Gorleston's South Pier. It starts at 6.30pm and will include the Great Yarmouth & Gorleston's Trent Class All wearlther Lifeboat 'Samarbeta' , our Inshore Lifeboat Atlantic 75 'Seahore IV', Lowestofts All weather boat 'Spirit of Lowestoft' and the Gorleston RNLI Beach guards also Coast Guard mobile Unit and the Super Heros!. After the demo there shall be fund raising and entertainment at the Cliff Hotel Gorleston.

Lowestoft Lifeboat Open Day

10:30 am - 4 pm on Sunday 27th July,
The RNLI offers a chance to visit Lowestoft Lifeboat Station on South Pier and enjoy a family fun day. The volunteer crew will be on hand to show visitors around the a Spirit of Lowestoft Tyne class lifeboat whilst in the lifeboat station there will be a photographic exhibition, games & refreshments. At 2pm the lifeboat will give a rescue demonstration off the South Beach and at 3pm there will be Blessing of Lifeboat service on South Pier led by the Salvation Army.
