Making a Booking
Customers must choose between attending either Camp Langley, Norwich Norwich or Camp Finborough, Cambridge for 1 week during Xplore Activity Camps opening date between Saturday 6th July and Saturday 17th August 2019.
Both camps run their programmes from Saturday to Saturday between set arrival/departure dates which cannot be altered, please see for dates.
Camp Langley is designed for children aged between 6 and 12 years old, Camp Finborough is suitable for children aged between 10 and 14 years old. We ask that customers try to adhere to these age ranges as it is beneficial to the experience of the children, however we may be able to offer some flexibility if required - please contact our head office to discuss this further on
All packages are inclusive of accommodation, meals, on-site activities and any applicable external activities including necessary transportation thereto unless specified otherwise.
Programmes are subject to alteration for reasons of safety or inclement weather. We will always try to provide a suitable replacement in such circumstances, but there may be times this us unsuitable or impractical.
If the holiday is affected due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but limited to war, riot, civil commotion, terrorism, act of God, industrial dispute, Government action, epidemic disease, adverse weather or natural disaster, Xplore as well as the customer are able to terminate the booking.
If the child disturbs the accomplishment of the holiday or behaves contract to the participant agreement we ask them to sign prior to arrival, we reserve the right to cancel their holiday immediately. In this case, any claims for compensation are excluded.
We also reserve the right to charge the child’s parent/guardian for any damages/breakages that the child is deemed to have caused not as a result of an accident.
Xplore carries all legally required insurance addicting its customers and employees. These include public liability to the value of £5 million. Xplore strongly advises that no items of value are brought on to site. Your child’s personal belongings are their responsibility during their stay with us. Xplore does not accept any liability for any accident, loss or damage to personal belongings (including electrical devices and jewellery).
